SAIT hosted the Promising Futures Fun Festival on October 17, 2009 and the day was anything but typical. Visitors were greeted by colourfully-costumed stilt-walking clowns and the sounds of rock music from a loud speaker. The event marked the start of the Promising Futures campaign to raise $75 million towards the constrction of the Trades and Technology Complex.
Every gift, no matter the size, brings the Promising Futures™ vision closer to its campaign goal of $100 million.

Two families give an inspiring gift to the Trades and Technology Complex. The West Wing of the Complex will now be named the Johnson-Cobbe Energy Centre.
